2. shipping to europe and the uk

for our customers in europe and the uk, we offer both standard and express shipping options:

• standard shipping: £10
• express shipping (with tracking): £20
• delivery time: orders are dispatched within 2 business days and typically arrive within 3-5 business days for express shipping. standard shipping times may vary.

here's how shipping to the uk will work for 6FIFTYTWO®:

i.               vat and customs duties

goods shipped from the eu to the uk are subject to vat and, depending on the value of the order, potential customs duties:

• vat: typically, vat will be charged at the uk rate of 20% on orders above £135. this tax may either be collected at checkout or by the courier when the package arrives in the uk.
• customs duties: for goods valued above £135, customs duties may apply. the rate depends on the product category and is calculated based on the total order value, including shipping costs.

ii.             delivery to uk customers

• under £135: if your order is under £135, vat is likely collected at checkout. no customs duties will apply.
• over £135: if your order is over £135, vat may be collected by customs when the package arrives in the uk, and customs duties may apply. in this case, the recipient may need to pay these charges before receiving their parcel.

iii.            prepaid options

6FIFTYTWO® can consider offering delivered duty paid (ddp) shipping. this option allows you to prepay all applicable taxes and customs duties at checkout, so the customer has no surprise charges upon delivery.

4. complimentary standard shipping for orders over £200

we offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders above £200. please note, this option does not include tracking, and delivery times may vary depending on your location.

5. personalized silk pillowcases

if you choose to personalize your silk pillowcase with initials, it will be shipped within 5 business days after your order is placed. once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number if express shipping is selected.

6. tracking your order

all express shipping orders to europe and the uk come with tracking. you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

7. international shipping

currently, we do not ship outside of europe and the uk. however, we are working on expanding our shipping options in the future, so stay tuned for updates.

8. tracking and communication

for uk deliveries, it’s essential to provide tracking for express shipments. additionally, clear communication about potential extra costs (vat and duties) at checkout will ensure customers are well-informed about the process.

9. shipping delays

our products, including customizable silk pillowcases and elegant carry-all bags, make thoughtful and luxurious gifts for any occasion, whether it’s a birthday, anniversary, or just a special treat. just let us know in the notes upon purchase that you would like us to send this package to your family member/loved one or friend, and we’ll add in a personal message.

we do not currently provide gift wrapping services with wrapping paper. however, 6FIFTYTWO® orders are elegantly packaged in either a polymailer or a 6FIFTYTWO® mailer box of your choice from our different colour options (at an extra cost), making them an ideal gift.
