at 6fiftytwo®, customer satisfaction is important to us, and we take pride in the quality of our products. this refunds and returns policy explains your rights and our procedures when you purchase goods from our uk website.

your purchase is subject to applicable uk consumer protection laws, including the consumer rights act 2015 and the consumer contracts (information, cancellation and additional charges) regulations 2013. these laws provide statutory rights that cannot be excluded or limited. nothing in this policy affects those rights.

faulty or damaged items

we carefully inspect all products before dispatch. however, if you receive an item that is faulty, defective, or damaged on arrival, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

we may request clear photographic evidence of the issue to help us assess the claim and resolve it efficiently. this does not affect your statutory rights.

under the consumer rights act 2015, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose. where a product does not meet these standards, you may be entitled to one of the following remedies, depending on the circumstances:

  • repair

  • replacement

  • refund

where a refund is due for faulty or damaged goods, this will include the original delivery costs where required by law.


right to cancel (change of mind – uk consumers)

if you are a uk consumer purchasing online, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

to exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing within the 14-day cancellation period. once you have notified us, you must return the goods to us within 14 days.

returned items must be:

  • unused

  • in their original condition

  • in the original packaging

  • sealed as delivered

once the return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within the timeframe required by law. refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

return shipping costs for change-of-mind cancellations are the responsibility of the customer, unless the goods are faulty or incorrect.


extended returns and exchanges (voluntary policy)

in addition to your statutory cancellation rights, we offer a voluntary 30-day exchange policy.

if you wish to exchange an item for a different colour or variant, the item must be returned within 30 days of purchase and meet the return conditions listed above.

customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must use a trackable delivery method. we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit when returning goods to us.

a shipping fee will apply for dispatching exchanged items.

this voluntary policy does not replace or limit your statutory consumer rights.


final sale items

items clearly marked as final sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for refunds or exchanges due to change of mind.

however, if a final sale item is faulty, defective, or not as described, you remain entitled to your statutory remedies under the consumer rights act 2015.


refunds processing

once a return is approved and received, refunds will be processed within the legally required timeframe.

refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. we cannot issue refunds to alternative payment methods.


responsibility for product care and use

we provide product care information to help ensure proper use and longevity. damage caused by misuse, failure to follow care instructions, or normal wear and tear is not considered a fault under uk consumer law.

this does not affect your right to receive goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
