at 6fiftytwo®, we strive to deliver your products swiftly and securely to customers across the uk. we aim to ship your order within 48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. please find our shipping details below.

1. shipping options in the uk

for our uk customers, we offer express shipping for a flat fee of £10:

• dispatch: within 2 business days

• delivery: typically within 3–5 business days

2. delivered duty paid (ddp)

all uk orders shipped from the uk are delivered duty paid (ddp). this means:

• all applicable taxes and duties are prepaid at checkout

• you will not have any additional charges upon delivery

3. complimentary standard shipping

we offer complimentary standard shipping on all uk orders above £200.

• please note this option does not include tracking

• delivery times may vary depending on your location

4. personalized silk pillowcases (shipped from malta)

if you choose the customization option for your silk pillowcase with initials, these items are shipped from malta. delivery times may be slightly longer:

• dispatch: within 7 business days after your order is placed

• delivery: typically within 7–10 business days for express shipping

because these items are shipped from malta, vat and customs duties may apply:

• vat: charged at the uk rate of 20% on orders above £135

• customs duties: may apply for orders above £135, depending on product category and total order value, including shipping costs

once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number if express shipping is selected.

5. tracking your order

all express shipping orders come with tracking. you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

6. international shipping

www.6fiftytwo.co.uk is for uk orders only, whilst www.6fiftytwo.com is for eu and international shipping. currently, we do not ship outside the uk and malta via the uk website.

7. shipping delays

while we aim to meet our delivery times, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or customs (for items shipped from malta). during peak periods, there may be a slight delay of a few days. we will keep you updated on the status of your order.

8. gift servicing and packaging

our products, including customizable silk pillowcases and elegant carry-all bags, make thoughtful gifts. include a note at checkout if you’d like us to send your order to someone special.

• gift wrapping: we do not currently provide wrapping paper

• orders are elegantly packaged in either a polymailer or a 6fiftytwo® mailer box of your choice (additional cost may apply)
